Suzanne Patterson-Reed graduated from Indiana State University in 1990 with a Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Suzanne is the owner and operator of Indiana Fitness Works, a rehabilitation company that provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to approximately 30 long term care facilities in Indiana. Other partnerships/business ventures include Ed Carpenter Racing, Fuzzy’s Ultra Premium Vodka, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
Suzanne is a member of the Indiana Speech and Hearing Association and the American Speech and Hearing Association. Suzanne is a member of Traders Point Christian Church.
Suzanne was the managing partner of Z and R Design and Accessory Shop from 2006 to 2013, overseeing all of the financial aspects of the firm. The firm restructured in June of 2013 to Reed Design and Suzanne remains the owner/operator. She shares this newly restructured firm with some of Indianapolis’s top Designers and Architect Professionals.
Suzanne is an Indiana native and has been in the Indianapolis area for the past 23 years. Suzanne, her husband, and children reside in Zionsville, Indiana.

Shannon Connor Gentile studied interior design at Ball State University. Her career in design began in Indianapolis at a local design firm followed bt The Trade Source, a showroom open to the design trade where she assisted design professionals from all over the state to meet client needs.
In 1996, Shannon moved to LA where she worked for Hinson & Company, a New York based company at the Pacific Design Center. In LA, she continued to develop her passion for design and attended classes at UCLA in production design and set decoration. At the same time, she worked as a production assistant at Plum Productions in Santa Monica, CA. After fine-tuning her skills in set decoration and art direction, she set out on her own as a freelance set decorator with project work on myriad commercials for clients, including Dell Computers and Davidoff Cologne. Shannon returned to her hometown of Indianapolis, IN and open Shannon Connor Design, Inc. Since opening the firm she has completed work on projects ranging from large office environments to 12,000 sq. foot residential re-models. She is married to J.P Gentile and together they have two sons, Trey and Jackson. |

Graduated from the University of Minnesota with Bachelor of Science and Masters of Architecture design in 1988, Bill became a licensed architect in Indiana in 1996, forming William Tabberson Architects, which specialized in residential architecture and Interiors. Previously, Bill had worked in commercial architecture and interiors with Meyer Scherer & Rockcastle, LTD in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Cooper Carry and Associates, in Atlanta, Georgia; and LS3P Architects, LTD in Charleston, South Carolina. William Tabberson’s 16 years of architecture and interiors experience in Indiana is at all price points as well as a variety of styles from traditional, transitional, and contemporary design. |

A 1990 graduate of Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Sue has been with this interior design team for twenty years. She joined Debra J. Smith’s firm in 1993 and stayed with the team when a transition in ownership occurred in 2006 and the firm became Z & R Design. Now, 2013 marks the beginning of the firm’s third generation, Reed Design, a team that Sue is glad to be continuing with. She was part of the Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home team in 1995 and again in 2003 and has had projects published in various newspapers and magazines. Kevin is specialized in timber-frame design and coordinates the website and portfolio production. |
Graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2003, Chuck has worked with William Tabberson Architects for 10 years and has been involved with architectural interiors for 3 years with Z and R Design. Chuck has produced fabrication and construction documents with precise attention to detail for 10 years with projects of traditional, transitional, and contemporary design. |
